Re: Official Gamethread: Creighton NCAA 2nd round

Thanks! Just curious - anyone know the reason why it's delayed?

Re: Remaining schedule

For what it's worth, Kenpom has us going 6-3.

Re: This team...

Miles was a “non-scoring” point guard, yet did pretty well for himself i don’t fault MG near as much as the rest of the guards It’s not so much a fault or blame thing as it is a roster construction thing. Having a non-shooting perimeter guy makes everything hard. Particularly when you stubbornly nee ...

Re: High-impact recruits?

Anyone notice our players getting visibly frustrated with TGF yesterday multiple times? He is totally lost out there at times. Doesn't know where to stand on certain plays or what to do. I noticed that, too. Case in point: The long-range 2 off the bounce. That's just a bad shot. And you really don ...

Hes around 14 a game in the last 10 shooting over 50 percent.
He's shooting 45% from 2 on the year. That's just not a great percentage for a big. Which is why I think we need a high-impact forward.

Re: High-impact recruits?

I want to believe you but I just don't see it. I think McCormack won't be a reliable scorer against quality bigs. Not in the way that our past bigs have been. And our perimeter isn't elite. They're very good. But not dominant. We've always had some guards that could score. This team doesn't quite ...

Fair play. But do you think that McCormack will compare to the likes of Dok, the Morris twins, Arthur, Aldrich, Embiid, Ellis, etc?

Re: High-impact recruits?

Doesn't seem promising. We lack a dominant big that can reliably score inside. And while our perimeter is better, but I don't see how any of the incoming recruits will improve things next year. This looks to be a dismal stretch for Kansas basketball, especially with potential sanctions arriving in ...

High-impact recruits?

I'm a bit concerned that the current squad doesn't have the talent to compete at a high level.

Who do we have coming in next year that could potentially impact the game? Any 5-star recruits looking promising? We need help.
