There's plenty of non-KU teams I like and cheer for. But when you've been a KU fan for 40+ years, the list of teams that have some history with KU that makes me cheer against them is pretty long.

I cheer for nobody other than KU. I might watch other teams. Or like certain players. But I don't cheer for anyone other than KU unless it indirectly benefits KU.

I once saw a shirt that read MIZZOU FINAL FOUR and it had a skeleton kneeling and praying.

2020 - No Tourney
2019 - Texas Tech - Runner Up
2016 - Oklahoma

Add in Houston that made the Final Four in 2021 and I'd say the rest of the conference has stepped it up, lol.

I'd even add that the Big 12 being involved in 5 of the last 6 Final Fours, while sending 4 different programs, speaks to the parity and strength of the conference as a whole.

I was poking around Youtube last night and came across the messourah game. I ended up watching the first half. Geez, what a curb stomp. Almost as much fun the 2nd time around.

We could build about 100 all star teams with all of the former KU players that were going to become the KU head coach according to our fanbase.

The last, and only, former KU player to be hired as head coach: Dick Harp, 1956.
