whatever happened to loving thy neighbor?

do you have any integrity at all? or do you just feign it for your students?
You're creating a straw man to advance your faulty argument. Not that I'm at all surprised.

The comedy of it all is that all the hysteria is coming from the right.

I think your time is still better spent continuing watching anal porn with Ted Cruz’ face on the pitcher and Hillary as the catcher

The same people saying this is just hysteria and that this is to control people, are the same ones who would be loosing their minds about how there was no warning if 6 months from now omicron turned out to be significantly worse than delta.

There is already good news, albeit very premature, from both Israel and South America, that the vaccines are still effective.

All that's really known is that this strain has about 50 mutations, with about 30 in the spike gene, many of which were common in other variants that were thought to increase infectivity and evade immunity.

But omicron might not be more infective or more severe than delta. And may never become the dominant strain. But better to be aware of it now, because if it's not already in the US, it will be soon.

Covid+ here. Fully-vaxxed. Mrs. Fish negative, kids (vaxxed as permitted) have no symptoms.

Good news is I’ve felt like crap (just regular fall cold stuff, I thought) for a little more than a week, and if anything I feel better now than I did a couple days ago. So I’m pretty sure I’m closer to the end than the beginning.

Tested because (1) we were supposed to travel internationally next week and also (2) I realized yesterday that I really can’t smell (I have a weak sense of smell to begin with, so I have no idea how long it’s been gone, but it’s can’t-smell-my-baby’s-shit GONE).

No fever, pulse ox normal.

So, trip spiked, and some time at home.

didn’t “create” anything

just pointed out the hypocrisy in your flawed logic

amazing how easy it is for you to cast away the teachings of jesus when they don’t suite you. i woulda thought “love thy neighbor” was a general philosophy…not an approach reserved for the like-minded (or, in the literal, physical sense, little boys)

Feel better fish.

The loosing smell part is wild.

A buddy had covid last winter, and a few weeks later had a faulty gas tank sensor or something cause him to run out of gas. A few weeks after that, I rode in his car. The interior still REEKED of gasoline, like so strong I couldn’t even get in the car, yet he hadn’t noticed for weeks.

i still wanna know more about this global conspiracy to control the masses…

who is in on it, exactly?

who is leading the strategy, exactly?

and who benefits, and how, by such control?

given that lockdowns have such negative economic impacts, it would seem completely illogical for countries to impose such things unless, ya know, there’s something like a public health emergency for which it’s warranted
