No. People don't make mistakes. Viruses are man made, and vaccines are mind control.

That's what makes lazy millennial waiters so upsetting. They could be a bigger part of the vast conspiracy.

I'm curious as to what "system" you are referring to. The system in which an employee at a pharmacy MAY have made a mistake text/phone call?

Also, I assume MICH must have a good reason why he waited until today to share the story if it happened "the other day". I'm wondering what it is/was.

Is it a mistake, or are the numbers of positive tests predetermined? Makes one wonder.

The conspiracy tied to MICHs example is just so dumb.

The numbers, if they were fudged, wouldn't be at the level to where local pharmacies were all in on it.

Some experts say overcounted. Some experts say undercounted.

Nowadays you can find an "expert" to say damn near anything.

Here are two ignorant questions. Ignorant because I admit I probably should know the answers but I don't.
There are literally hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of people who have bought and taken rapid tests at home - and tested positive. Even if half of them were "false positives", how many of them were reported and to whom were they reported? Are "estimates" of those people taking tests at home and testing positive being counted when positive case numbers are being announced by the CDC?

Yeah, “experts” like those working for the American Tobacco Institute or those working for Big Oil. You know, the stupid-person’s-idea-of-a-smart-person.

One thing you can be certain of: anyone calling him-/herself an expert and says that Covid deaths are overcounted isn’t an expert in anything other than being a sycophant

I know others have attacked you so I will be respectful and gentle with my response.
I do NOT believe the numbers of positive tests are predetermined but.......
There are MANY things (including numbers) I wonder about regarding Covid and how this country has dealt with it.
I am far from being a "conspiracy nut" but I have learned long ago that I shouldn't believe everything I am told, read, see, hear, - no matter the source.
As far as Covid numbers, I feel they are probably extremely manipulated. I believe there are a shitload of false positives and false negatives. As I alluded to in a different post, are at home rapid test results being accurately counted? My guess is - of course not. The thing that makes me really shake my head and roll my eyes is when "experts" can't even explain nor determine the differences of the numbers of deaths of people who died WITH Covid or FROM Covid. Yes, there is a difference.

I dont know if they are over or under counted.....but how on earth could you possibly be so 100%, absolutely convinced of your stance without access to every piece of data on every death....which, you personally cannot have.

I have taken the Covid test at least 12 times last year. Eight times, during three international trips, three times in the US and five times in three different countries. I’ve been tested twice in my primary care physician group when I had an upper respiratory infection, to rule out Covid and several times pre-vaccination when I had to be on site.

Never has there been any confusion. I call cattle excrement on Psych and Mich

Do you think you need access to every piece of data on every death to determine that “experts” in the Tobacco Institute were full of it? Or do you trust their position that tobacco does not cause cancer and isn’t injurious to health?

In any pandemic it’s accepted that the true toll is higher than what is reported by health authorities. That’s the nature of the situation. One doesn’t need to scrutinize every piece of data. I have never scrutinized every equation but I accept Planck’s quantum theory. I also know that those who deny it aren’t serious scientists.

Deep breath everyone....
I do think it is possible there have been deaths that were counted due to covid when they were not--but the person had covid.
I also think it is possible, please read the word possible, that some hospitals would inflate the numbers so they could get needed assistance financially or practically.

Possible.
It's going to be ok.
