I agree. Especially with the 1 and done rule likely being changed by then. Developing players over multiple years will become more important again (not that it isn't important now, but it'll be even more important).

Self getting more of the 4 year type of dudes. Let them sit or play minimally for a few years, and then destroy the conference with them when they are Juniors and Seniors.

I agree. He is moving toward a balance between the one and done and four year guys, which is going to be necessary to sustain success as a program.
