Yeah that was a weird looking last play.
We got what we wanted until Garrett hesitated. Guessing he was supposed to move the ball again but it wasn’t there.

From what we were led to believe coming into the season MG has been disappointing. I don't see him taking that next level step like Frank, Dot and Dtae did.
Kinda like D-Mac. Under whelming.

Unfortunately he doesn't understand that this does not mean he HAS to shoot them. I get it, they are showing no respect for his jump shot. But there is a very valid reason for that. So do something else.

Has he not fully recovered from this 'flu' like symptoms he had earlier in the year? I'm hoping that is it because you like pointed out not only has he not taken a step forward he has regressed. Badly. He has zero first step and I shudder to think about what he may look like against WVU and Baylor.

Hard to say with no injury report requirements, but it doesn’t make much sense for a senior hard nosed player like that to look so average after a season that was nationally recognized.
