We should be able to get the best wing in the transfer market. National exposure, solid NIL, big minutes available, and playing with Juan (cause he'll make you look good).

I do think it's going to be a rough season.

2024-25 is going to be really good though.

Cam Martin is not going to transfer. He's wanting to marry this hot KU softball player he dates. He already has his degree in kinesiology (iirc). He doesn't care about playing time. He is here for the experience.

I hope he finds a decent school that needs a big. And can play a lot. Good kid, deserves a shot to play meaningful d1 minutes. We were lucky to have him on the end of our bench. 6'9 skilled big body for practices makes your team better

Bobby officially in portal.

Don't say this, if ever, but see ya. You kinda stink.

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

He played his ass off, injuries and all.
Just wasn't good enough to get playing time.
I hope he's successful wherever he goes.

Absolutely battled. But he wasn’t good when healthy either.

No, I meant that more to say I appreciate what he gave to the program. He did the best he could.

(which wasn't Kansas-level good)

I wish the kid well. Stay healthy and go ball out for another school. Ku wasn't the right fit. But he worked his ass off, battled injuries, made the other players better in practice everyday. No shame in any of that

Pettiford will always be able to say he won a national championship at Kansas. And even had a game winning put back. Nobody can ever take that from him. He still has 2 years left to go have a good career on a lesser team

Better than Yesufu but yea, it wasn't looking like there were a lot of minutes for him.

Zach came to Kansas about 12 years too late. He would be great in Bill’s old high/low system.

Think we may see some high/low next year with KJ and Udeh/Zuby as a change of pace surprise to confuse bad guys defense?

We will see kj at the 4 next year. Bill is gonna tweak the offense again to maximize his best players. Like he did this season with kj and Wilson at the 4 and 5

I think we’ll see a fair amount (20mpg?) of two-big next year. Mostly because I think we’ll see KJ turn into a passable, if not better, shooter. Certainly enough to where you can’t leave him alone at 15 feet.

Skilled polished jamari Traylor?

When perry and Jamari played here i always joked if we could blend them into one player we would have the best forward in America.

Upperclassmen kj might develop into something close to that
