He was really shitty against West Va in AFH when I was there. Last off the bench for timeouts and celebrations and all that.

But watched him on TV against maybe Baylor and the guy was a player/coach.

Maybe he's injured?

Hard to say.

There have also been numerous times in recent games where guys on the bench are up celebrating and Remy is the only guy sitting down and relatively emotionless.

I think Remy likes his teammates, the KU fans, and playing in AFH. How he feels about his role and how Self uses him/wants him to play are the unknowns.

The tourney starts in 5 weeks. There is plenty of time.
Well, actually, 5 weeks isn't plenty of time to insert a major contributor who has shown little ability to blend in. But even setting that aside, Bill can't even say when he expects Remy back....so it's not even 5 weeks.

Yes.

This is probably our lightest week of the season left. Would be great to get him back during this one.

It's also very possible we play 6 games between March 1 and March 12. Minutes to go around in that stretch.

I disagree. Would be great to get him back whenever he's ready to contribute; (KNOCKS ON GIANT BLOCK OF WOOD)...Malik was pretty disappointing, until oh my god he was not.

Well sure. Meaning, would be great to get him back this week if he is healthy/ready to play.

It's Occam's Razor on this one.

Chicken, egg, got it. Point is, I could give a shit about the league. If what Remy can give us in March is 12-16 funky minutes when we have guys on the bench and the offense is janky anyway...I'm good with that.

The most similar team we've had to this one here is 2018.

And just like that team, I am hoping that Remy and Clemence/Adams play the roles of Newman and De Sousa, which got that team over the top. We're getting into that timeline.

Very good offense, decent/above average defense.
18 shot 5% better from 3 on 5 more attempts per game though.

And to this point, I am hoping we don't need to go 3-0 between March 1 and March 5 to ensure outright league champ or anything like that. I know what Bill will do.

Best case scenario is that 1-2 will ensure a tie. Sucks we blew that UT game, but Baylor has some losses ahead.

Dumb.
Play to win the league.
It's going to help your seed which is more important than getting Clemence an extra 6 minutes over 2 games.

Also, winning the B12 is an accomplishment in itself that we should want to do every season.

I really thought Monday night would have been the perfect night for him because Oklahoma State is not good.

Same.
I was hoping he'd get spot minutes and then some more @ WVU.
