I don't blame Michigan for taking a chance on him but obviously he had no experience as a big time college coach and it shows.

It’s almost like - and bear with me here - being great at basketball (and/or being great at talking about basketball) doesn’t make you a great coach.
I haven’t thought about it a lot in the basketball context, but I think there’s a reason great baseball players make awful managers: they don’t understand how the game works for people less talented than they were.

Hey, Jalen Wilson raised his 3P% from 26.3% to 33.7% in one year, which was useable this season.
If Kevin could make a similar jump, we're lookin' at 37%, which would be good.
