They lost at ISU last night, leaving only Texas Tech with one Big 12 loss. Tech plays @ Oklahoma and @ TCU next. Kansas, ISU, KSU, Houston all just behind TT at 4-2 in the Big 12 with Baylor a half game back of them at 3-2.

Tang did a bunch of whining about who knows what last night. Either someone threw something at the KSU players or used the N-word, they can't seem to get their stories straight. He mostly just lost his cool because KSU kept fouling and kept getting called for it. The final straw was a tripping call where the ISU player clearly tripped over the KSU player's extended foot. AKA the right call.

How are we feeling on the road to ISU?

Ya we haven’t been great on the road. And ISU is ranked, and playing their Super Bowl.

This. I feel like KU should win if it decides to play defense and get rebounds.

Unfortunately ISU is a juiced up version of UCF.

ISU is the best in the nation at defensive TO%.

Tang thought ISU was stealing signs.

If we want to actually be B12 contenders ( and we should want this ) we need to win out next 4 which includes Houston and Baylor at home and ksu on the road.

Bartorvik has us 10-8 in B12.
That ain’t happening.
11-7 I could, unfortunately see in a worst case, which is not winning the B12 and a low 3/high 4 seed.

I’d say 12-6 even though it doesn’t look good for that right now.

The game after this one on ESPN between James Madison and Appalachian State is starting the second half on ESPNEWS and ESPN+.

Interesting to hear in the post game presser yesterday Self sort of hint that winning the league isn't as important to the players/coaches as it is to the fans now that the league has an uneven schedule.

we are presently sitting 1 game above .500 in league play. not surprising we would downplay the importance of winning the league.
