But the NCAA says, hold my beer and watch this.

Once again bear in mind, the court trial found KU didn’t know they were being defrauded. That’s how fraud works.

The NCAA’s case is basically that KU should have known they were being defrauded anyway.
Yes, sort of.

But, I guess what I'm really trying to say is: why waste any energy on sorting through the "evidence" if evidence doesn't even matter? It's fucked.

No, because your above assumption is not fact. Or, at the very least, you have no idea if it is or not.
I wasn't wanting to play pretend attorney with the situation. I was asking you personally/directly. We aren't in a court of law on this messageboard.

I don't agree with what you posted after the word "that" in your OP.

It's like if I asked you: "Does it make you a little nervous that it appears it's possible to probable that you beat your wife and kids everyday?"

It's a bullshit question that can't be answered one way or the other.

It’s pretty hilarious that a court of law says the NCAA’s own findings are to kangarooish for a school to rely upon for cause.

Here's a rough analogy of what the NCAA did to Kevin Ollie:

Boss: Come in here, you're fired because I learned of a rumor that you banged my wife on Friday.

Employee: I absolutely did not. I am getting a lawyer.

Boss: OK, show me the evidence.

Employee: Here is my alibi, also here is your wife's sworn recorded statement saying that I did not.

Boss: None of that matters. I think you banged my wife, you're fired!

That's where people's true colors show. I'd rather my alma mater and favorite program stick up for the young talented people that choose to play for them.

LOL

Why was/is Self close friends with TJ Gasnola? I assume we can consider it fact that they're close friends since TJ sat at Self's table with close friends and family at his HoF induction ceremony.

I overwhelmingly credit SDS as being integral to that final four run.

That woulda been yet another elite 8 exit if we were crossing our fingers and hoping Dook’s nba frontcourt was gonna be guarded by Mitch

BTW I just loooed up that KT text, and the first article in the results was titled, “Kansas assistant caught on wiretap discussing money issues over Zion - and that’s a problem for Duke”

That article was from 2018.

I guess Gasnola would be the first person in the history of the world to do something behind his "friends" back.

Self has never said a bad word publicly about Gasnola. What would they ever need to have meetings or discussions about if Self didn't know why Gasnola existed?

But we can play pretend. Self and K are the only 2 coaches who don't know this is going on at their schools apparently. This is just a blip. Not happening on a large scale regardless of what Jay Bilas and dozens of formers players claim.
