Where's the petri dish thread?

So perfume companies in France are switching over to produce hand sanitizer instead, and donating it to French authorities.
Can we get some Merican companies to step up?

ESPN 2 showed the 2007 Big XII Tournament Championship game a couple of nights ago. Durant looked so young - I guess cuz he was. What a player. But man, KU was loaded. It was essentially the 2008 team plus Julian Wright and minus Cole Aldrich.

LOL. Mine was planning on prom, but broke up with her boyfriend last week - it's all about the timing! She's not exactly scholarly, so if she received an email telling her all she had to do was pass her final semester of English to graduate (which is highly likely), she's good to go.DCHawk1 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 17, 2020 6:36 pmMine is pissed.
No graduation. No prom. Possibly no chance to move out to the dorms in August. Plus, trapped at home with little brothers.
Sartre's hell was small-time next to hers.
Re: Where's the petri dish thread?
That games on right now too
Just Ledoux it
Re: Where's the petri dish thread?
I DVR'd that one, and the Frank v Buddy 3OT game. Two of the greatest games I've seen.
Defense. Rebounds.

Honestly, I get it. It's not because they are rich and famous, so they get special treatment. They are getting tested for a 6 degrees of separation type of thing. The 5 days before Gobert tested positive, EVERY team in the league was somehow linked to each other.
If you're trying to slow it, why not test people you know were exposed to it instead of waiting for people with symptoms to come knocking.

Gee, look who found their "libertarian" inner self just in time to be the center of attention:
Comments:
- Joe Biden, please promise to pardon the neighbor who beat the living shit out of Rand Paul.
-Rand Paul is the type of guy that makes me seriously concerned as to how smart doctors really are.
-Man why would anyone want to whip Rand Paul's ass in his own front yard I can't imagine.

I'm not saying they aren't getting preferred treatment. I'm just trying to look at it from the side of the medical personnel doing the testing.Feral wrote: ↑Tue Mar 17, 2020 10:37 pmThe Junior Senator from Hawaii:NDballer13 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 17, 2020 9:31 pm

We have however many people that travel with an NBA team that we know were exposed to the virus. Should they be tested, or a different group who might have been exposed? Given what is known from each group, I'm going with the one where its known they were around it. Nothing to do with net worth or social class.

There are so many people in this country that are way within the “6 degrees of separation” that are actually showing symptoms that have not been able to get tested. Or, if they can, don’t know how. Or, don’t think they can afford it. Or are too sick to get somewhere to get tested. Or, don’t have the means to get somewhere to get tested.
THAT is my point. The usa’s (disappearing) cavalier attitude towards the virus is my point. The slow response by the US govt. is my point. The fact that our president was exposed and earlier said he had no intention of getting tested is also my point.
The policy of “Don’t test, don’t tell” only applies to some. It’s certainly preferred treatment, which is fine, but more, this is another piece of the overall asinine policy to this point.
Re: Where's the petri dish thread?
Its not upsetting the lakers are getting tested. Thats good. Ita upsetting that many many thousands more arent getting tested.

well, perhaps it's upsetting the lakers are getting tested when many many thousands more aren't?
