"If everyone takes this seriously, if everyone practices social distancing, we can be back together for Easter".

But no, he leaves out the important part.
As was covered in an article linked above somewhere, Trump is throwing this Easter stuff out there to make state governors to be the bad guys forcing folks to miss their beloved Easter services so that he can point out the ones that are Dems, blame the media, talk about how great he is and then complain about how everyone is out to stop him.
So, just to be clear, it’s okay for Dems to politicize the crisis, but not DJT?
To argue either side isn’t politicizing is dumb. The fact that many here are still arguing dems suck pubs good or pubs suck dems good is baffling to me. Really it’s not, but it makes me a sad panda.

You'll need to be more specific than that for me to be able to answer. What specific action by "The Dems" are you comparing this to?
The "This is all DJT's fault" and "DJT told elderly people in Arizona to drink koi pond cleaner" game and the like. Pick up any mainstream news source, and it is being played to the hilt.

Thank you. I agree completely. This is not the time for political gamesmanship, but some folks in Washington don't seem to have gotten the memo.

Meanwhile, Lindsey Graham: a$$hole. If it's a day when the sun rises in the East one can always count on Sen. Graham to act as one.

I'm curious as to how many people would prefer Mike Pence to be our President today instead of Donald Trump.
As bat shit crazy as Pence might be, I would take him over Trump in a heartbeat.

I just logged in to CNN.com, which if what you say is true, should be dripping with the stories you are referring to.

Let's see.... here one called "Analysis: Trump is as popular as he's ever been" ....well that doesnt quite fit your narrative.

Here's another titled "Trump wants US reopened by Easter. That could send the economy into depression".... that isnt attempting to.blame Trump for anything, seems like another opinion piece. It contains zero quotes from Democratic politicians.

Still havent found any horrible comments by "those Dems".

I am sure that there have been comments made by Dems about questionable actions or inactions by Trump but your claim doesnt seem supported by any actual facts.

So sad to hear that I am not a real person according to Trump. I absolutely do not want to return to work as soon as possible.

I want to return to work only when the CDC and local health officials tell me that they believe that it is safe for us and our fellow community members to do so.

Meh. When two sides sit across from each other to negotiate an agreement, one side simply standing up for what they want to be in the agreement is inevitably twisted into "political gamesmanship" by those on the other side.

The inevitable posturing around it is a nothing burger. You cant have $2 trillion agreements like this without the wheels squeaking out loud.
