I really don't know if this goes here or not, but...WTAF?

In late November 2018, just over a year before the first coronavirus case was identified in Wuhan, China, U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents at Detroit Metro Airport stopped a Chinese biologist with three vials labeled “Antibodies” in his luggage.
The biologist told the agents that a colleague in China had asked him to deliver the vials to a researcher at a U.S. institute. After examining the vials, however, customs agents came to an alarming conclusion.
“Inspection of the writing on the vials and the stated recipient led inspection personnel to believe the materials contained within the vials may be viable Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) materials,” says an unclassified FBI tactical intelligence report obtained by Yahoo News.

DC is a guy who would defend someone like Steve Spurrier.
Steps into the pros, fires all the staff and brings in his own, and then when he fails, DC defends Spurrier from fans who are:
a. calling him out for his failed leadership
b. calling him out for the state of the teams roster and staff
c. calling him out for the teams record
d. calling him out specifically for offense, defense or special teams
And then uses some sort of strawman loophole argument to fans who say, 'Spurrier should at least do something with his team!' by pointing to when fans said he's awful at coaching and shouldn't be in charge.

Re: Where's the petri dish thread?
Who was it that loved Turner Gill and defended him at every turn and then when he went to Liberty kept reminding us of his winning record there?
Re: Where's the petri dish thread?
was it tophawk?
Re: Where's the petri dish thread?
I think you are correct.
Re: Where's the petri dish thread?
I think I recall someone appealing for more "facts". As far as I can tell, this is happening.

Big nope from me on watching that. Talking to some nurses I know in NYC, 16 hour days, 7 days a week for the last three weeks. Basically just the walking dead for them right now.
Re: Where's the petri dish thread?
I tried looking this up for a bit last night, but couldn't find anything too decisive.
It kind sounds like they did everything we did, but sooner, and more seriously.
when they shut shit down, people bought into it. And beginning Feb. 27 they recommended 2 weeks of self-isolation for anyone returning to the country.
