Ok, if not billionaires...close to it.
Doesn't change the fact that they have been acting like they are on our dime

Never said I approve of that. Definitely needs to be addressed.
I'm curious. How many billionaires are in Trump's cabinet and what tax payer money are they "burning through" in terms of "extravagances that are not part of thier package"?

I'm asking because your original assertion/questions were "How many first class tickets should the Government pony up for"?
"How many private jets"?

I'm all but positive DeVos and Ross pay for their own private planes/flights.

"Education Secretary Betsy DeVos' security detail is projected to cost up to $7.74 million from now through the end of September 2019, a spokesman for the U.S. Marshals Service told POLITICO on Tuesday night."
...
"DeVos’ security detail is provided around the clock by the Marshals Service, which is highly unusual — the past four Education secretaries have been protected by the Education Department’s own small security force."

But yes, you are correct. It is not DeVos that is screwing over the taxpayer for costs of travel, it is Mnuchin and others. DeVos' predecessor spent about $39,000 on travel total so I'd rather DeVos do the government a favor and bill us for that instead of using her jet and billing us for an unnecessary $7 million security detail. But hey, "facts aren’t worth much", right?
I agree it's extremely excessive but she's not personally "billing" anyone - and if by "unnecessary" you mean because the Feds/Marshals made the decision, that's up to them to decide but by all means go ahead and blame DeVos. Me, I happen to agree that she has enough money to pay for any and all security she receives so I get where you are coming from.

I'm not going to argue their wealth with you other than to say they are not billionaires and supposedly Pruitt is far far far away from being one.
Anyways, I'll give you that they're wealthy and you and I happen to agree that the unnecessary extensive spending that their people and the government does on their behalf is shameful. That's something we the voters should have some say over but as tax payers we don't really get to dictate where our tax dollars go to. If we did, they wouldn't be getting nearly as much of them (our tax dollars).

You're playing semantics now. She is personally responsible for the dramatic increase in security. Don't play the "well, if the Feds approved it, it's their responsibility" game. She was going to get whatever she asked for and she asked for a ridiculously unnecessary increase in security to the tune of multi-millions in unnecessary taxpayer expense. Correct, she is not "billing it". She is 100% responsible for it, though.

Oh, and what we're getting for that massive expense is that she sucks at her job.

The added security is a direct result of threats made against her because of her stance on abortion and private/charter schools. Not really her choice.

That's right. I forgot how spectacularly successful the public education system is. I've been too busy trying to teach college students how to write complete sentences and read at an adult level while also trying to teach them psychology. Their schools did a helluva job of raising their self-esteem and teaching them to Google information, but not much else.

Exactly what I say to myself every morning when I wake up and decide whether or not to get out of bed - minus the extraneous comma and “t”, that is.

In an extraordinarily combative news conference Wednesday after voters delivered him a rebuke by giving control of the House to Democrats, President Trump went after Republicans, Democrats and the media.

He mocked Republican candidates who distanced themselves from him, chided a reporter for asking a "racist question" and walked away from the lectern at one point, as an aide tried to wrest a microphone out of a reporter's hands...

Trump has frequently been combative with reporters and painted the news media as "enemies of the people," but Wednesday's press conference raised the level of hostility. He called CNN's Jim Acosta, with whom he has often sparred, "a rude, terrible person." And when PBS NewsHour correspondent Yamiche Alcindor asked whether he thought his rhetoric, including use of the term "nationalist" emboldened white nationalists, he called it "such a racist question."

"I love our country," he said, "you have nationalists, you have globalists," adding, "I also love the world."

He called himself "a great moral leader" and, answering another question, said he has never used racist remarks...
