I am not sure i qualify as a Republican, but compared to some on this board I'm probably on the more right end of the center spectrum....

I do not support Donald Trump. I don't think he's a piece of shit human/disgrace, but thats probably simply a personal threshold. I do think he has said some disgraceful things. I do not think he's inspiring as a president. I do not think he's very smart on most matters his job requires. I do not think he's good at listening to others.

I registered as a dem in the IL primary so that I could vote for Biden. Not because I like Biden, because I don't, and that continues to decline with every passing day...but I liked him more than Bernie (only 2 real candidates left at time of IL primary)...and i like him more than Trump.

I hope we get 4 years of Biden and in those 4 years some real potential leaders of our country begin to emerge. I like Amy Klobuchar quite a bit, so hopefully she's more viable on a national scale by then. I also hope some reasonable and intelligent republican candidates emerge.
