who ya got?
Re: who ya got?
Oh. Did I miss your post where you said you wouldn't support Biden, or where you endorsed a third party candidate?

Re: who ya got?
Wouldn't it be nice if we lived in a country where people would rather support their candidate for good reasons instead of feeling a stronger desire to attack the opponent for bad ones?
I'm saying that about BOTH party's supporters/voters.

Re: who ya got?
I agree. And I'd take it further. I'd like to see parties promote what they think is good about their policies/philosophies, etc. Instead of just attacking or using fear or insulting the other side's platform.

If it makes you feel better, I don’t plan to vote for Biden.
I voted Trump last election for the lulz but this time around I think I’ll pencil in Bill Self.
Who do you plan to vote for?
Re: who ya got?
Some 3rd partier. Gotta look into it. Not gonna vote for a sexual assaulter.

Re: who ya got?
I need to learn more about Amash. I lean libertarian on a number of issues. I'm not sure yet that I like him, I know that I dont like his stance on abortion. His abortion stance shows his tea party background and is very anti-libertarian. I wont be voting for trump (never have, take that ousdahl)(would never vote hillary either, bad election) and I wont be voting for Biden. He was probably the 3rd worse option the dems had. Amazingly 2 of their worst 3 options were the last standing.PhDhawk wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2020 6:37 pmSome 3rd partier. Gotta look into it. Not gonna vote for a sexual assaulter.

You really believe Biden is a sexual assaulter?PhDhawk wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2020 6:37 pmSome 3rd partier. Gotta look into it. Not gonna vote for a sexual assaulter.
Re: who ya got?
I could say I don't want to vote for a candidate with early signs of dementia as why I vote third party. Is that better?

As long as you live somewhere that it doesn't count, vote for Bugs Bunny.
I live in Kansas, my vote doesn't count.

Brietbart isn't really credible.

Re: who ya got?
I wouldn't know Tara Reade from a hole in the wall. But I hope for everyone's sake that she wasn't assaulted.
It's impossible to judge guilt or innocence based on the "kind of guy" he "seems" to be.
That said, Joe Biden is not Bill Clinton. He is not Donald Trump. He is not Bob Packwood. He is not Chris Dodd or Ted Kennedy. He does not "seem" like he would sexually assault a woman, for whatever that's worth.

But also the predictably that this would happen. After the Kavanaugh thing, I'm not sure there's going to be a presidential candidate for a while that doesn't have some kind of sexual deviance or assault claim against them.

I wonder what evidence is being planted today to sabotage a candidate in the 2048 elections.
I tend to think the frequency of accusations has more to do with the kind of ego it takes to run for office overlapping with the kind of ego that thinks you're immune to trouble coinciding with a culture that is less tolerant of sexual assault and has encouraged outing past indiscretions.
This is not to say all accusations are necessarily true.
