Right. The "suggestion" isn't so "nuts" when you consider who we are talking about.
Of course he will HAVE to leave office if/when Biden (or someone else) is sworn in on January 20th, 2021. Assuming we have an inauguration on 1/20/21.
My guess is it's not without a "fight", or at the very least, a strong accusation that the election wasn't fair in one way or another.
