We're pitching in to help the dairy industry by eating a lot of ice cream, yogurt and chugging milk like water apparently. Cant imagine how many groceries a house full of big eating boys is burning through right now.

Oh, I don't think he's rich. I think he can't afford a refrigerator or a towing bill, but likes to brag about hoarding masks for financial gain and trying to predict the housing market though I doubt he owns much property.

So, are you selling some of your houses now?

No. I don't buy homes as investments. This summer would be the last chance to sell before the crash happens. Banks are already requiring 20% down and a 740+ fico score in many cases. That further takes out a lot of buyers. I don't know how it could be any more obvious that homes prices will plunge in the coming years. Anytime you have massive foreclosures, supply increases. What happens when supply increases? Prices fall.

I just like to give everyone a heads up (those that are listening). Just like I said the Fed would cut rates to zero that I warned about that last year. Some people thought I was nuts. How did I know? We started seeing the air come out the bubble in 2018 when they tried to raise interest rates. We're going to be zero for many, many years. This economy is too broken to raise them.
