That may taste great, but the plating can use some work. Looks like cat barf.
No offense Gutter. You didn't plate it.
It looks like a lot of peas.

Think I'd rather have the cat barf.

I can't think of a vegetable I don't like.
Eggplant, okra, broccoli, cauliflower, beets, spinach, peas, green beans, cabbage, etc. All good stuff.

Yeah, I think I like all veggies too. Can’t think of any I don’t.

I mean sometimes I may not be in the mood for something particular, like no onions on a sammich or something, but most of the time I’m game.

We've been making artichokes at least once a week for several months now.

I like artichoke hearts in a dish.

a big whole artichoke where you have to like scrape the mushy part off the leaf can be hit or miss, but I’m still game most of the time.

Are peas considered a vegetable?
I can't think of a vegetable I DO like.

https://www.choosemyplate.gov/eathealth ... s-and-peas

"The USDA Food Patterns classify beans and peas as a subgroup of the Vegetable Group."

"Green peas, green lima beans, and green (string) beans are not considered to be part of the beans and peas subgroup. Green peas and green lima beans are similar to other starchy vegetables and are grouped with them. Green beans are grouped with other vegetables such as onions, lettuce, celery, and cabbage because their nutrient content is similar to those foods."

I like onions, garlic, romaine lettuce, and potatoes. So I guess saying I don't like vegetables is a lie. I don't like most vegetables is the factual truth.

Top 3 pizza spots Portland ME, surrounding.

1. Leonardo's
2. Pat's
3. Lazarri

( now, most review places are gonna say spots like Flatbread, TIPO, Slab, Otto's, Micucci's - but I just don't like 'high end'/funky combo pizza spots OR neopolitan style pizza - give me lots of red sauce, good amount of cheese and a NY style slice )

Foo Foo pizza = Not pizza?
Gimmick pizza = Not pizza?
Wood fired pizza = Not pizza?

My 3 favorites are not even close to being in the "top 3" according to most others.

1) Salerno's
2) My Pi (Haven't had it in years)
3) Pat's

Otto's pizza is highly thought of here.
I'm just not a fan.
They make a bacon mashed potato pizza ( along with a bunch of other 'foo foo/gimicks' ) that is good to eat - but it's not what I crave when i'm craving pizza.

Wood fired pizza, for me, definitely can make the list, I just am not big on thin neapolitan style pizzas that are wood fired.
