I’m really glad Trump kinda sorta said wearing a mask is beneficial.....

Of course, he said that people were wearing one to show disapproval in him, and that there were many places where people are far apart and don’t need one...

To those points:

1. So what if people are wearing one bc they are showing disapproval to him. Point out that people that support you could also wear them to show concern and care for others. But, he doesn’t know how to spin something without making it about him.

2. Aren’t there way way way more people as a percentage of all people in closer knit situations than these areas where people aren’t around each other? Again, can’t find the positive for something he dragged his feet on.

Oh, and for those that are going to point to Fauci flip flopping on the mask issue. Nah. He said early on that non n95 masks might not be a good choice, but because they were in short supply and needed to be saved for health care workers. But, he didn’t specifically say they were in short supply as not to incite a run on their potentially limited stock.

And this mother fucker said he looked like the Lone Ranger....what????

More like the hamburglar.

Taking the OJ route, if you just keep saying the same lie over and over then eventually you'll convince yourself that it is true. They are using their positions to enrich themselves and have convinced a startling number of people that they are acting in their best interest.

The 3 Weeks That Changed Everything

Imagine if the National Transportation Safety Board investigated America’s response to the coronavirus pandemic.

https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/ar ... ng/613591/

Block-quoting is doing this excellent piece a disservice, but:
Consider a thought experiment: What if the NTSB were brought in to look at the Trump administration’s handling of the pandemic? What would its investigation conclude? I’ll jump to the answer before laying out the background: This was a journey straight into a mountainside, with countless missed opportunities to turn away. A system was in place to save lives and contain disaster. The people in charge of the system could not be bothered to avoid the doomed course.

[...]

What happened once the disease began spreading in this country was a federal disaster in its own right: Katrina on a national scale, Chernobyl minus the radiation. It involved the failure to test; the failure to trace; the shortage of equipment; the dismissal of masks; the silencing or sidelining of professional scientists; the stream of conflicting, misleading, callous, and recklessly ignorant statements by those who did speak on the national government’s behalf. As late as February 26, Donald Trump notoriously said of the infection rate, “You have 15 people, and the 15 within a couple of days is going to be down close to zero.” What happened after that—when those 15 cases became 15,000, and then more than 2 million, en route to a total no one can foretell—will be a central part of the history of our times.

I saw someone calling it "biological genocide."

As the pandemic worsens around the country, the Trump administration has moved to place limits on who insurers are required to cover COVID-19 tests for.

The Trump administration made the move in a little-noticed guidance sheet released June 23 by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

CMS said that insurers no longer have to cover COVID-19 testing when employers mandate a test before an employee can return to work, or when someone is tested as part of a public health surveillance program.

The move comes as the Trump administration has failed to put the weight of the federal government behind scaling up widespread COVID-19 testing, handing that task to state and local governments with minimal contributions from the feds.

He deleted it not so long after many people responded with things such as this.....

Serious question. What the fuck is the matter with Eric Trump and did he not realize his father is as big of a scumbag if not a bigger scumbag than Bill (and Hillary) Clinton in regards to Epstein and Maxwell?

Trump's supporters don't care. All the Trumps are doing is chummimg the waters to make people hysterical so that they are too busy to notice the sleazy things Trump is doing and has done.

Eye roll. Obama golfed a lot too. It's such a BS argument that takes away from the fact that the President has ignored a pandemic, has used taxpayer money to bribe a foreign government to help his campaign, and intentionally divided our nation.

Obama golfed 113 times his first term. Trump has already more than doubled that. And it doesnt take away from anything. It's another item in the long list of items.
