I also see you bought it at about $130-150K. I see you listed it at $289K, but no one bought it. Later, you listed it at 260K and someone made an offer. It was going down likely to 150K by 2021-22. Good for you on selling it now -- very wise. $600 HOA fees -- wow. Can't believe someone would be dumb enough to buy that.

Needed a lot of work - definitely a fixer upper ( fridge in the garage was a trashy Viking series and at least 3 years old )- but we can't all be rolling in cash like others here.

No, it isn't going to drop anywhere near to 150. We bought it at a great deal under bad circumstances for the seller.

The HOAs include a lot of great stuff...like 27 holes in a country club. HOAs are in line with other country clubs in the area.
