Grandma's 5+1 Quick Questions for 8/17/20

Post by Deleted User 289 »

1. Of the following, which is your favorite.
Milk Duds or Sugar Babies or Rolo or Riesen or Toffifay or Milky Way or Twix?

2. Do you own a tie dyed shirt?

3. If in the next week you could fly for free anywhere in the world "Coach Class" round trip BUT.... It's a commercial flight, and NO ONE is wearing a mask/face covering, and NO ONE knows if they have "the virus", and the plane is completely full, would you do it?

4. THREE parter....
a) Was Kobe one of the 10 best basketball players of all time?
b) Was Kobe one of YOUR 10 top favorite basketball players of all time?
c) Do you own a pair of Kobe shoes?

5. Many years ago if you dialed 312 744 8382 you would be connected to a Chicago Police Detective Unit.
I don't expect you to have known that 744 8382 = the letters SHIT FUC on a telephone dial pad.
Pretty easy for them to just tell people to call them at 312 SHIT FUC instead of 312 744 8382.
Now that you know that, if you could, would you change your phone number to 529 4295?

BONUS. What is a sporting event you have never been to that would be on your "bucket list"?

1. Usually Twix
2. Was never a fan but actually own two. Both were given to me. Don't ever wear one of them in public and the other one when I have worn in public, I have received multiple/many compliments.
3. No fucking way - and yet before February 1st of 2020 I would have said yes without thought or hesitation.
4. a) yes. b) yes. c) yes. Many - I think about 10-12 pairs. Hopefully soon to be 2 more.
5. I currently have 6 phone numbers (home land line, work land line, work cell, personal cell, Fax (electronic but still a phone number) and iPad (don't use as a phone but still a phone number).
I would absolutely change my numbers other than my cell numbers.
Bonus - World Cup Soccer Final/s.

Ohh nice illy, I wouldn’t have thought of that.

I’ll add this one too, then:

Kentucky Derby.

But gonzo style, drunk and tripping

and bet the farm on gutter’s horse.

I have always liked OTBs better than the race tracks themselves for watching and betting on horse racing. I dont hate going to horse tracks (or dog tracks), but i usually just hit the OTB for the triple crown races and blow my $100 and watch at home.
