Let's look at this from the likelihood of it happening within the sport.
Any knucklehead can score. Almost every one who plays significant minutes make a FG every game.
Almost every skill position player who gets 10 targets/att, probably picks up a first down. A quick scan makes it look like a receiver picks up a first down a little less than once for every 2 targets, and a RB gets a first down once for about every 5 attempts.
Getting on base in baseball, for an average baseball player, OBP is about .320...so just under 1/3...but you only get about 4 plate appearances per game, if you bat leadoff, it's probably closer to 5.
No one hardly ever scores in soccer, that's part of why it sucks.
So, I think objectively ranking them, it goes:
1. C
2. A - if you're a WR
3. D
4. B

I agree. But I got PhD mad at me so I'm sticking with it.

For me, if the scenario was you had to get ONE 10+ yard play ( which it isn't but if it was ) i'd rank it:
C, D, A, B.
If it was gain 10 yards in 10 attempts, I might switch that, and rank it:
C, A, D, B. A professional pitcher, when he knows you suck at baseball, isn't going to walk you.
If it's the original scenario, it's how PhD/Cascadia ranked em:
C, A, D, B.
