Yep. I was "had".
Regardless, I would hope if he truly gives a shit about winning a championship, when he thinks about the past two seasons, he would still be really unhappy.

While definitely not in the top half of our guards here at KU, I've been watching a lot of old games, and saw a couple from 2014 ( yes, this wasn't one of our better years ) where Tharpe was our best player.

A close one v Oklahoma State in AFH comes to mind.

too bad he’ll never really be remembered for his play on the court

Crazy that Tharpe really was our best player in 2014 - or at least the most poised?

I dunno which statement sounds weirder.

But yeah, Embiid was/could have been the best but got hurt, Wiggins could have been the best but already put his whole career on cruise control, Perry was never really poised even though he was like a 45 year old sophomore, and Tarik Black was a senior who could have been best but was a transfer who picked up two fouls before you finished reading this sentence.

Wiggins was our best player ( and i'm not sure it was close - sorry Embiid, you had what, 7 great games? ).
But he was a frosh with a lot of pressure and not much support - so it's not surprising he/they flamed out v 10 seed Stanford.

I know Wayne isn't in the NBA. Frank is. I think. All depends what day it is.
Wayne throws a nice pass.

I always think it is really cool to see our former players remain close friends after they leave KU.

Wayne and Frank are 2 of my faves. Still kind of surprised Wayne hasn't found his way back into the league.

Or what PhD said.
And then ohgodyes - because that puts Westbrook with Simmons - two non shooters - that team would be trash.
