Re: who ya got?
Especially since he’s tried to shrug it off like it’s nbd, since he hasn’t offered any explanation at all let alone a plausible vanilla explanation, and since he’s such a slimy motherfucker either way, it kinda makes you wonder if it was some kinda foul play.
Mitch you owe money to the mob or sumptin?

Re: who ya got?
So let me get this straight, they confirm Joe isn't in on this deal, and if he was, he wasn't the VP at the time anyway, so there wouldn't be anything wrong with it if he was, but he wasn't, at least there is no evidence of it.....and they want to know why the mainstream media isn't talking more about this non-story, because it is a legitimate thing to talk about and confuse people about? Is that what I'm hearing? No wonder Fox News viewers are confused.

Re: who ya got?
But then why are trumps business dealings pre presidency so relevant?
I think both are relevant. Not a disqualifier by any means, but worth looking into.
Nobody denies the emails or computer are real as far as I have seen, correct? And the fbi does in fact have the hard drive?
Re: who ya got?
Trump’s business dealings were under investigation before he became potus

Re: who ya got?
They have been investigating trump for years for money laundering and tax evasion. They investigated his "charity" and forced it to shut down because it wasn't a charity at all.IllinoisJayhawk wrote: ↑Mon Oct 26, 2020 8:25 amBut then why are trumps business dealings pre presidency so relevant?

Investigations into suspected criminal activity aren't relevant?
But if it is; investigations into suspected non-criminal activity should be given equal time?
We have seen this too many times, how many times did the republicans investigate Benghazi? Clinton's emails, the Russia investigation? Even Bill Barr couldn't gin up anything to prosecute on. But what was it, seven of trump's associates were convicted of crimes?

Re: who ya got?
Which is a fair point, but part of the premise of it being relevant for the past 4 years was that he was either owing money to or making money from foreign governments/entities that could influence him and his foreign policy.
If biden was getting paid millions (which i am not saying he was) then there could be a similar influence over him due to past business dealings.

Having influence over a president or potential presidents foreign policy due to past business dealings is also relevant....which would be more in line with what some are worried about with Biden it seems.

Re: who ya got?
Just say there is nothing that matters because he is a Dem and stop acting like it is a total non story if Biden was getting millions from foreign entities.
He was a senator before he was VP. So it isn't as if he was a reality TV star when it happened.
I haven't once said they are the same. They are clearly different (especially when it comes to legal things vs illegal things). But that doesn't mean they aren't both problematic to varying degrees if true.

Re: who ya got?
Biden’s tax returns are public record going way back in time. And he did take the train every day to work. There was a reason that the Russians were fearful of a Biden campaign—enough to spin up the Wurlitzer like they did for Hillary. But it lacked the credibility that 30 years of disinformation had with Hillary.
Re: who ya got?
Let’s break down the Hunter Biden investigation:
- he lives in LA, but went 3000 miles to drop off some laptops at some random shop in Delaware, with bothering to ever come back and pick them up
- the blind repair guy does what he does with every customer, and snoops thru all the thousands of files of personal info and says he sound some emails about some meeting with his dad
- Dude calls the FBI, and hands over the laptops, but not before making a copy of Hunter’s emails, cuz in addition to laptop repair, homie’s also in the business of pirating his customer’s private info
- once he realizes the FBI isn’t doing anything with the info, he contacts the president’s personal attorney aka the most credible ex-mayor on earth
- totally credible mayor is concerned! So concerned, in fact, that instead of handing the emails over to investigators right away, he sits on them for months and doesn’t release them until 3 weeks before the election
- the Fake News mainstream media asks to independently verify the reports, so totally credible ex-mayor does what any totally credible anyone would do, and ignores the requests
to be fair, though, maybe credible mayor just didn’t get around to verifying any of it cuz he was too busy trying to bang Borat’s jailbait daughter

Re: who ya got?
Hey i am with you, it is a ridiculous timeline (especially by the shop guy)....hasn't it been confirmed that the emails are real by the others in the emails?ousdahl wrote: ↑Mon Oct 26, 2020 9:43 am Let’s break down the Hunter Biden investigation:
