Trump has lost ground with every one of the groups he won with in 2016, even white males. He believes in winning thru theft.

Re: who ya got?
Good stuff, but I don't think Fox is panicking. It's got to be easier to criticize a democratic president than defend the current one.
Defense. Rebounds.
Re: who ya got?
I disagree - it's broadly speculated that Trump's post-office play will be to start a network (or join OANN). That would be a massive blow to Fox.IllinoisJayhawk wrote: ↑Thu Oct 29, 2020 8:36 amKind of my thinking. It probably makes for better TV anyway.
Re: who ya got?
All true, it will split the audience up a bit, but the crowd that wants grievance 24/7 will find time to watch their old favorites like Tucker. It will come down to a battle of malignant personalities at that point. trump will find time to guest on Fox while having his own shows on OAN.jfish26 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 29, 2020 9:03 amI disagree - it's broadly speculated that Trump's post-office play will be to start a network (or join OANN). Poor, poor, Martha.....you spend all that time kissing his ass and Nigel Farage gets more clown time than she does at the trump circus.

Re: who ya got?
I opined that Trump’s whole 2016 campaign was just some big publicity stunt with no real end game, or rather, that if there was some end game it was more likely to be a segue into some political talk media gig, more so than any end game of actually being potus.

Wish that was a problem i would ever need to worry about.
And yet, somehow, there are millions of working class types scraping by who are ready to argue that raising taxes on that extra 10 grand is a bad thing.
Then again, these are also the types of folks who are likely to argue things like, higher wages for working class folks such as themselves is a bad thing.

I’ve always thought the same. It was a PR stunt for him, I don’t think he even wanted to win.ousdahl wrote: ↑Thu Oct 29, 2020 9:43 am I opined that Trump’s whole 2016 campaign was just some big publicity stunt with no real end game, or rather, that if there was some end game it was more likely to be a segue into some political talk media gig, more so than any end game of actually being potus.
