Grandma's 5 quick questions for a Sunday evening in November. Or whenever you would like to answer them.

1. Why do people proudly post photos (on social media) of their female CHILD (I'll say age 16 or younger in this case) looking like a hose bag ?

2. If someone offered to give you $50 to kick Donald Trump in his "junk" and there were zero repercussions for your doing it other than you might hurt your foot - would you do it?

3. One of the following holidays is cancelled/obliterated for the rest of your life - not just for you but for everybody.
Which would make you the most upset if it was canceled/obliterated.
a) Christmas
b) Halloween
c) Thanksgiving
d) Mother's Day
e) MLK Day
f) President's Day
g) Memorial Day

4. If a woman is the epitome of the c word and you don't want to call her or refer to her as a c word, what is the best word/s to use to describe her - other than bitch or asshole.

5. You must move to another country to live for 365 days. You don't have to work but you still collect a your usual paycheck. You have to use your own money for ALL expenses. Which country do you choose?

1. Not on social media but I’m guessing some parents have losed the reins on what some feel is inappropriate and the freedom of expression is encouraged at a younger age.
2. I get 50 bucks and kick him? Yes, great deal.
3. Xmas
4. Karen
5. Germany- semi fluent

1. not necessarily about social media or about a female CHILD, but regarding hose bags in general, it seems it's become more socially acceptable to wear thong swimsuits in public these days.

1. I have friends (and co-workers) who post pics of their daughters. Many of them are beautiful - just like their mothers were at their age/s.
99% of the time if I said to them that their daughters are beautiful - it would be taken in an innocent sincere appreciated manner. Still, I worry about the 1% so I refrain from doing as such - publicly.

Related to question 1, but why do people feel the need to post pics of the dinner they prepared on FB? I don't get it.

1. Because they are clueless? There are a lot of creeps out there and ANY post that someone makes "public" - can come back to haunt you.

2. No. I wouldn't want to give him the satisfaction of knowing he had that affect on me. I might give him a nose flick though - and laugh at him after I did it.

3. Mother's Day. Every day should be Mother's Day but I am not a big fan of any other of the holidays I mentioned.

4. Abby

5. I didn't clarify. Assuming you can not travel out of the country and if I had made a disclaimer that no one can come and visit you - then it changes my response.
I would say Mexico if I could travel out of the country for a period of time and people could come and visit me (convenience wise it's a good choice) but otherwise, probably Spain.

I feel the same way but I have a female friend who runs a "catering" business and a male friend who considers himself to be a hardcore "foodie" so they get a free pass.
Just as I would give 99 a free pass.

Unfortunately I find more often it's a bad thing than a good thing.

I occasionally post some pics of food I've made. Generally when I make something special and it comes out good. I ain't posting my hamburger helper.

I did put the disclaimer - no repercussions.
In reality if I did it, I would think the secret service would maul me pretty damn fast. How bad would they maul me? Bad enough to "disable" me but not bad enough that I wouldn't survive the encounter.
It would be interesting to see if I started a trend and was the originator of the kick Trump in the junk challenge.

As you should and shouldn't.
I had to remind a woman in a grocery store who grabbed a box of Tuna Helper that it was for food consumption and not a feminine hygiene product.

Ok, bad joke. Sorry.

Yeah Christmas is so corrupted.

It’s such a material consumer holiday any more, and it’s like everyone forgot the true meaning of Christmas is supposed to be about the birth of Santa
