It just seems like an awful precedent for an incoming potus to be going after a departing one.

I guess my point is, no need for a Biden administration to destroy Trump when Trump is already self-destructive enough. Let him dig his own grave.
So I suppose, let the state courts already investigating him do their work. I imagine there will likely be some congressional investigations too? Considering how much smoke there has with the Trump Administration without ever actually getting to investigate the fire, I can only imagine congress might dig up more substance than, say, the BeNgHaZi hearings.
