Nagy not a great clock manager. Bears make the minimum off the maximum today.

It's sad when I exchange texts with people and post on social media during the game and prove I understand PARTS of NFL Football better than he does - and I am a moron.
I just don't get it. Neither does Troy Aikman. How can he (Nagy) be so clueless?

Steelers win a big one.
They’ve got Baltimore again and a road game v Buffalo but the rest of their schedule seems easy.

If you were the Jets, with the no. 1 overall Trevor Lawrence pick, would you swap with the Jags, if they were 3rd overall ( dropping just 2 spots in the draft ), if they gave you their 1st round pick from the Rams ( probably around 20 ) and then their 2022 1st round pick?

That'd give you 4 picks in the first 33 picks and another 1st the following season.

Dead songs too.
Fox did the same thing during the World Series. There is a good reason why.

I would do it - and then mess around and trade some/all of those picks for an established "All-Pro" player/s.

I was watching the WS and Mrs 99 was next to me on the couch reading a book. After an inning, I turned to her and said, "Althea!" Pretty cool stuff.

Did Tom Brady just play the worst game of his storied career?

22-38 for 209 yards, 3 INTs and a QBR of 3.8 in a 38-3 drubbing that wasn't as close as the score.

Didn’t watch the game but I have a feeling the headlines and pundits will sound a lot like they did after he got destroyed on a MNF against the Chiefs.

Already saw one headline that said "Time is running out on Brady and Bucs"

The story should be how bad their OL is. But that's the thing about Brady. Everything has to be perfect up front for him to be good. And it was not last night although it had been pretty good lately. He got hit 9 times. After a couple hits, he gets to be very happy-footed and unable to really have confidence in his throws.
“I don’t remember anything he said, but it was a very memorable speech.” Julian Wright on a speech Michael Jordan gave to a group he was in

"But don’t ever get it twisted, it’s Rock Chalk forever." MG

Bingo, Newton. Essentially he is just about like every other QB in the world. You get pressure especially pressure in his face Brady falls apart. Doesn't matter who his skill players are he can't make the throws.

Even at his age, there aren't many QB's i'd want ahead of him if just for the 2nd half of this football season.

( Mahomes, Wilson, Rodgers, Watson, Kyler, Lamar, Tannehill )

It'd be a toss up between him and Brees but I'd prefer him over the rookies and the Matt Ryan's/Josh Allen's of the world.

Last week and in the pre-game buildup, the narrative was that Brees was completely cooked and Brady hit the fountain of youth again with his new weapons.

This morning I saw a story stating that Antonio Brown has to save the season. ADD world.

The NFL has an abundance of young QBs poised for future success. Not to mention Fields and Lawrence waiting in the wings.

Speaking of those QBs Drew Lock is trending towards never being in that group. His game is rapidly declining.
