A certain female (girlfriend) in high school loved mayo. We went to her house in a nice section of Leawood to "study" after school. She was making us sandwiches and slathered a bunch of may on the bread. I objected in an overly contentious manner. She broke up with me on the spot. She is now a news editor at a major New York newspaper living on the Upper East Side. Her brother told me that I hurt her feelings to a very great degree. She never married.

So the grocery store deli usually serves my customary chicken tenders plus two sides for lunch, but that service has been closed, because 2020.

They still have hot tenders by the bucket tho so I grab one and am back at work smashing my bucket of tenders for lunch. I get to the last tender at the bottom, and it’s wrapped in a long blonde hair. Gross gross gross!

As if this year couldn’t get any worse, I think 2020 just ruined chicken tenders for me too.

Mrs 99 demanded that we go to lunch and a movie yesterday. We chose her favorite restaurant. She ordered grilled chicken and veggies. It took about 40 minutes and then she was served very rare, cold chicken. I mean, this thing was still cluckin. I wanted to go all Gordon Ramsay on it and smash it and call them donkeys, but Mrs 99 would not approve. Manager came by right after we checked it and freaked out, comped everything and offered to replace it or get something else, but she was in no mood to eat anything else at this point.

Went to see War with Grandpa after. Not a bad flick. Probably no Academy Awards though.

I bought a Ninja Foodi XL Grill for Mrs. Fish. Friends, that thing is terrific. Really does come pretty close to replicating grill results, smokelessly and indoors. It's also an air fryer, and will do stupendous chicken tenders with about 10% of the oil of frying.
