Nobody forces someone to apply for a job that requires working on weekends. Don't like working on weekends? Then don't apply for a job that requires working on weekends. This isn't difficult.

Don't like corporate structure holding the working man down? Then don't support those businesses. If enough people didn't support them because of those reasons then they wouldn't have any power or money. You aren't forced to purchase products from or support any businesses that you don't want to.
