You know what would be a great feature is if you could filter out the politics bored stuff from these links. So if you clicked on un-read, if just none of the politics bored threads showed up on it.

yes, just pin it to the top. don't have it show up as unread.

I was using the Active Topics quick link when I signed up. But soon I learned the only active topics were Feral and Dolomite linking their Facebook feeds here. The website says “All Things Kansas,” but I’ve seen very little of anything Kansas until Les Miles was hired. What’s up with the political attacks? Do a lot of users here work for the government? Why do all the threads start with unprovoked attacks to some audience that I’m not seeing? Am I blocked to the full discussion of what is going on? What is with all the baggage of these users on what I was told was a new site? Sorry if this is too many questions or the wrong place to ask. It seems odd (to me) that people have this many issues, and use a messageboard of (was hopeful) Jayhawk fans, to share news articles found everywhere combined with snarky attacks that don’t seem to apply to a Jayhawk community.
