Here's Sarena from New Orleans:

Housed in a strip mall, as it seems most of Knoxville is, you walk into a large harshly lit open space with minimal personality/decor. That being said, these are the kind of places that usually house legit food. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of pho and the many options on the menu.

Lots of options for pho and you get points for authenticity of you're offering things like tripe & tendon with the pho, which is what ordered. For apps we got several orders of shrimp/pork spring rolls (were solid, but not the best I've had) some of the grilled BBQ pork spring rolls, and the crispy fried chicken wings with fish sauce glaze (yum).

We ordered 5 bowls of pho of varying combinations of meat and one order of charbroiled pork with steamed rice. Everything was very good, but the best part was that the bill was $88 to feed 8 people! It was a great value for the quality of the food we got and good service to boot, thus the 4 stars. For food alone, I would give it 3.5 stars, but I would happily return, esp because of their 94/100 health code rating!
