I should say, I’m a Wiggins fan.

Again, I meant everything I said in a constructive way.

He’s so talented and has already accomplished a lot. But I’d just love to see him go on a mean streak.

Sorry for the delay kids. Had an early morning doctor appointment.

Games played 12/14/20.....

Dok - 6 min, 1-1 fg, 2 rebounds, 2 points, ejected.
Graham - 24 min, 5-11 fg, 1-7 3pt, 6 ast, 1 stl, 4 to, 13 points
I may be missing a player or two. I'll check.

Under the current flagrant rules in the NBA, I think that's a borderline Flagrant 2 and ejection. Definitely a flagrant 1.

When you take out the discretion for trying to see maliciousness, you can't account for what is pretty clearly just a very badly missed and very aggressive block attempt.

Seemed like he got a piece of the ball, no?

But it is the preseason and the NBA has always had a quick ejection trigger in preseason to set the standard.

Is ball part of the head in the league? ;)

Never try to go thru Dok on a drive. That is a Darwin 2 and an ER visit.

I mean, he did touch the ball. Yes his follow through hit his head and pretty hard. But he did get the ball a bit. But yeah I think a lot of those fouls are always based on the result and not the contact. Does the contact warrant that ejection? Maybe. But the fall made it 100 times worse.

Nader gave him a hard forearm right across the chops. trying to hold him away. If he didnt knock dok across the face, Dok probably would have been able to see the entire play and wouldnt have hit him like that

Get that weak shit out of there nader. driving in throwing forearms at the center. the league/rules favors offensive players too much

It didn't deserve an ejection.
But also it was the very end of the 4th quarter.
So...uh, OK, i've been ejected.

I agree with this. Nader made the initial contact to Dok. Forearm to the chin should have been called. Dok didn't try to get payback it was just his large arm following through. Bad call, hope there is no lingering history from it.

lingering history, at least for one person, is to think twice before going into the paint against Dok

I hope opposing teams have a lingering history just not referees and the league office.
