Yeah, I had a client that bought a 2nd boat utilizing money that he got for his business in the first package. He said that he won't have to pay it back if he gets creative in his accounting of how he used it.
He got 1m for his plumbing supply company.

Barely, but if you are facing no electricity, or losing your only mode or transportation, or finding it impossible to feed your kids...I imagine that any money would come in handy.
