But I don't understand why you sue Powell, who is pretty much judgment-proof (you'd think, anyway).

I worked on house once for a big time plaintiff's lawyer. He had hired a GC who had overcharged and then disappeared leaving him with a half built home. I asked him at the first meeting for a copy of his contract with the GC expecting to see an AIA document or something close. He handed me a one page thing the Contractor gave him that essentially said, "I will build you a house of 5,000 sf for $500,000". What? That's it? "I know, I know, I am a lawyer who sues people who screw other people but it seemed like a deal".

If there is $5 hair dye in the expenses trump is gonna be pissed.
