Putin chose Mikey thru Manafort. There is a reason Mikey isn’t president already. I am looking at this as a mob president would. But probably essentially correctly.

Because, to your point, he could have easily not continually lied about fraud for months, lost, and simply walked into the sunset with 70+ million rubes, err, voters, each willing to pay him $8.99 monthly to subscribe to his shit show.

Maybe he, and the majority of Americans, didn’t realize just how popular his brand of bullshit would be among a narrow electoral majority of the country.

But yeah, I think his own end game really might just be attention
