hope

Post by Deleted User 89 »

i’m hopeful that...

truth and facts are made a priority by all those elected to public office

that the US takes a lead role in addressing issues related to the environment and climate

that the US functions in a more compassionate way when it comes to immigration and asylum

that the Chiefs win the super bowl, and that our Jayhawks play to their abilities

I'm extremely hopeful for many positive things and changes that I feel we have a better chance for than we did with Donald Trump as our President.

Side note.... I have a few friends named Hope. I always feel funny using the word hope with them.
Such as, "hope all is well". "hope you have a nice day".

I hope that people will recognize that it was a step backwards to elect another pair of establishment neocons (assuming this election was legit that is).

I hope people will aim to be intellectually honest, and value policy over personality.

I hope people will learn that raising the minimum wage, raising taxes on everyone and raising capital gains by 100% will not provide more jobs or stimulate the economy.

I hope that once the entire economy implodes under Biden that people will realize these "problems" like systemic racism and gender pronouns are not valid issues. The amount of purchasing power that people are going to lose under Biden is going to be like the 1970s stagflation.

I hope that in 4 years we have a consistent way to count all the votes in every state. The only persons against this would be those who it would benefit.

Hope doesn’t accomplish anything. Hard work and determination will.

How does one aspire to work hard and have determination with no hope?
