Brady has aged physically but he's still a mastermind of the game.
Hard to bet against him, even against a superstar like Mahomes.

KC has a significant advantage at QB all things being equal, and we all know it. But the thing that makes any QB look like Trent Dilfer is getting sacked repeatedly or having to throw under duress. Mahomes is the best ever at throwing under duress which is why I am hopeful KC will squeak out a win. But the Buc's have a significant advantage with their D-Line versus KCs O-Line. Montana was better than Brady IMHO, having seen them both, anyway. He is GOAT of a depleted QB era, that is now restocked. SF was much better overall than Tampa Bay, but full-strength KC is the best team in the NFL. A depleted O-Line KC is a worry to me. It won't even make the post-game analysis if KC loses, because Brady. But it is a significant issue, especially remembering how "meh" KC was without Fish last year.

Sammy has a ton of incentive money riding on this Super Bowl game and with him missing half of the regular season and the money that came with that my guess would be he goes. I also saw him featured on the Chiefs Instagram page with his SB jersey on. He plays. How well or long I have no idea. This has to be his last game as Chief, right?

I think he's gone.
Chiefs can't rely on him for a full season.
They could go after a cheapish option like David Moore out of Seattle or Kendrick Bourne out of San Fran.

I want to say I read that in three seasons (?) with the Chiefs Sammy has played at or below half of the regular season games. That being said the Chiefs would absolutely welcome back Lizard King. It would be another team friendly deal with a ton of playing time incentives. You feel pretty good about the depth Hardman and Pringle provide but ideally they would like to get another 'true' 2 if they could.

Why didn't the Chiefs take the entire team, staff, and traveling party and 'bubble' them in a hotel until they travel to Tampa. Shuttle them back forth to the facility and hotel. Eliminate any potential.
