Re: Super Bowl LV
I know we are talking about losing Fish and rightfully so but the Bucs injuries are adding up as well. Couple LBs and both safeties. Noticed that JPP had a DNP and then was limited today.
Bell and Watkins have also now both been limited for two practices in a row.

I think they are all trending towards playing though.
Bucs could be at full health.

Re: Super Bowl LV
I expect everyone to be in uniform for Tampa. Practice is nice, but this is the culmination of the season. Teams are ready.

Also since blowup doll and I are doing the SB alone this year, pick Red or Gold and play along.

Ignore the fact I forgot how to spell Weeknd twice - because it's already misspelled.
Winner gets a free TDub bucket at the shack.

I think there's no Budweiser but Bud Light.
The blowup doll went Gold so I'm Red.
Good luck all.

5 Super Bowl related questions for a Super Bowl Sunday.
1. Will you have any monetary wagers/investments in the game?
2. The game is being played in Tampa. Normally I would estimate around 80% of fans who attend the game are NOT from the host city. What percentage of fans in attendance will be rooting for the Buccaneers?
3. The Chiefs flew to Tampa. Me being me, I couldn't help but notice how the players decided to dress for the flight. Seems there was no dress code and yet some players opted to wear a suit.
If YOU were a player on the Chiefs, would have worn a suit or dressed more casual?
4. Regardless of how well or poorly the Buccs play, I figure if the Chiefs play their "A" game, they win by at least 2 TD.
Predict the final score.
5. The 2022 Super Bowl will be played in Inglewood California. Assuming the Chiefs (or your favorite team) are playing in the 2022 Super Bowl..... If someone offered an all expense paid trip for you and a companion to fly to L.A. first class, stay in a "luxury" hotel for 4 days/4 nights, a "luxury" car rental (gas & parking costs included), all meals and alcohol (up to $5,000 value), decent tickets/seats for the game, and $500 worth of souvenirs OR give you $20,000 cash - which would you take?

1) No, I hate gambling and it would take the fun out of it for me.
2) 69%
3) I normally hate to wear suits but for this I'd make an exception and wear one.

Re: Super Bowl LV
1) First time in 15 years I am not running a (or multiple) square pool. I have ZERO $ invested in the game. Will be interesting to see how I feel about that during and after the game.
2) 71% but the 39% rooting for the Chiefs will be louder.
3) Not sure but probably not wear a suit.
4) KC 34 TB 20
5) Probably the Super Bowl trip.
Let's say the trip cost breakdown is as follows = Flight/s for TWO people = $4,000/$4500. One hotel room or two? One = $4000 Two = $8000. Car rental = $2500. Food & beverages = $5000, TWO tickets for the game = $15,000+, souvenirs = $500.
While I could happily use the $20,0000, obviously the trip would be more valuable - monetarily.

I'd probably take the trip, then sell the tickets and watch the game with my relatives in LA.

Re: Super Bowl LV
Those are "The Price Is Right" sized prices. I can get a flight to LAX tomorrow for $600 round trip and it would be nearly impossible to spend $1,250 a day on food for myself and my wife.Grandma wrote: ↑Sun Feb 07, 2021 9:22 am 1) First time in 15 years I am not running a (or multiple) square pool. Still, I'd take the trip. Money comes and goes; the experience would be awesome.
