I suppose you're referring to the election? I already said that I don't know who really "won." On paper, yes, Biden "won." Was it legit? Time will tell...

Or was this in regards to housing? My timeline was off, but only because the government decided people did not have to pay their mortgage. Once the forbearance is over, the housing market is going to decline rapidly. The San Francisco housing market has already dropped 35%, so in that way, I was right.
