Yes to all of this. Only exception is smoke/CO detectors.

Also, pretty much anything that is not laptop/phone that has a lithium-ion, I'm OCD about draining to 0 to extend life.

I am mentoring a research project for an attractive undergrad. She's on a soccer scholarship (fit), and spent a few moments this morning showing me her newly acquired tan lines from having to practice in the sun.

But honestly...it really is gross for a professor to hit on a 22 year old, so I'll never do it...but, I guess I get why the pervy ones do. At least the initial impulse.

Actually, that's how the position I filled came open. And there was a recent change at the top of the administration because of that. Which again, is gross. Both were men, and both were 20+ years my senior.
