First game of March!

We have as few as 3 or as many as 10 games left this season. Enjoy it.

UTEP hired their head coach Rodney Terry after an old friend, Tim Floyd, abruptly retired in 2017.
Terry has a 34-46 under his tenure - and his Miners are on pace for his best season in CUSA.

The Miners are led by junior Souley Boum, a 6'3 transfer ( San Fran ) guard, who averages 18.7 points and 3.5 rebounds. He can light it up from 3 point range, at 41%.

The last time ( that I remember ) KU played UTEP was in a tight match where the Jayhawks won 67-63, in the 3rd place game in the Battle4Atlantis in the 2013-14 season. Embiid came off the bench to record 7 blocks.

Here's Jeffrey P.

On a separate note, Braun hasn't shot an arrow this season, and still has great energy ( floor burns baby ).
But it's the last game of the season in Allen.
Can we get one arrow?

Did we talk about Braun laying out for that steal (I think it was in the TTU) where he completely sold out to get a ball, that looked like it was 3 feet past him and moving away quickly?

90% of the time people dive it's unnecessary, but Braun laid out for a looose ball that he had almost no business getting to.
I only came to kick some ass...

Rock the fucking house and kick some ass.

Floor burns 2.0.
Just needs the wrist bands.

Braun's a better 3 point shooter than Haase - but Haase actually led KU in scoring his sophomore year.

Sad, but true. It wasn't always like that. I have a lot of family in Juarez and El Paso. I actually have a cousin that is in her senior year at UTEP. Brought back memories seeing the "La Biblia es la verdad" on the mountain.

They are clearly exaggerating it for the movie - but Juarez still has a good amount of crime.
And El Paso is right next door.

Get this win and one more and we keep the streak of 20+ win seasons alive. Make a little run in either tourney and keep the streak of 23+ win seasons alive.

Unfortunately, that's not really an exaggeration. These cartels actually do hang decapitated bodies off bridges.

I go to visit my family, but believe me, once you cross the border back into the US, you get a feeling a relief. Don't really know how to explain it.
