Well, it's not funny. Just found out form a perfect source that he's a legitimate candidate who is interested and is being considered.

Perhaps I shouldn't have used the words "legitimate candidate" and "being considered" because frankly I am not Girod nor am I on the committee so that part is/was hearsay.
What's 100% NOT hearsay is that Danny is interested. I'm a bit surprised too.

Why not Mangino? He knows the culture. He is only 64. Barry Alvarez at Wisconsin is 74. Mangino can hire a coach and would know enough to stay out of Self’s way. Make Banks the AD in waiting.
