Zags put a hundo on us.
We're a top 10 defense.
( even if we weren't top 10 then, we still were very talented defensively )

i think they might get 80-85 if we played them today (with everyone healthy)

we were no where near our defensive peak when we played them previously

Fair.
Though I don't think we'd win if they scored 80 on us.
We haven't won a game where our opponent scored 73+.

6 Tech v 11 Utah State
8 Loyola v 9 G Tech
8 UNC v 9 Wisconsin
5 Nova v 12 Winthrop
Arkansas and Colgate might be a sneaky good game. Colgate one of the most efficient offensive teams out there. I think they are 2nd. Arkansas is 7th.

Going to be an incredible game, actually.
Small sample size for Colgate. They’ve played 15 games. Arkansas rolls.

RE: Colgate...not only do they only have 15 games played, they only played, like, four teams. Their Covid schedule makes it really hard to analyze what they are.

This is why I take every "underseeded/overseeded" label with a large grain of salt this season. We don't know like we usually do. KenPom is thirsty for more data.

Agree.
I wonder if Kenpom, for teams that don't have enough games played, still considers pre-season ( which he usually drops completely sometime in January ) - because Colgate had a 14 seed type season last year too.

I know there was a different version on a previous page, but thought this was a pretty good looking schedule too.

A bracket group I'm in with 150 people, only me and one other person has Iowa winning it all. Good value there.

Yeah, like 6. But it's a Kansas group. My office pool in NY has 21 people, one person actually took Kansas. I was chiding him a second ago, and he's like "What, they aren't good? I don't know." It would be the one time I don't have Kansas in any bracket, and they make a run that it comes back to bite me.

I usually do, last year I definitely would have had KU winning it all, but I've got them losing to USC...I know I'm a bad fan, but just don't see this team making a deep run. I would gladly be fine if I am wrong.
