Re: Mahomie
Chiefs signed old friend Charcandrick West. Good receiving back in screen game. Great locker room guy and the guys love him.
They kind of needed a quick guy in space. Ware for short yardage situations and West for passing downs might be the way they go. Plus he plays Special Teams.

Re: Mahomie
First thing I thought of him when the Chiefs let Hunt go was...jokingly calling CJ Spiller and they would be bringing back West.
Been away from my computer and the Internet for much of the day but TMZ (go figure) is reporting there is a third alleged incident involving Kareem and a physical altercation at Mosaic Nightclub. I'm beginning to think 'Reem is a nasty, bad drunk.

Re: Mahomie
Hunt has been in two other incidents/fights where the police have been involved.
It looks to be a pattern and not a one time thing.
That, coupled with lying about things with the management, makes more sense to me for his release.

Re: Mahomie
He said in the interview that he's not that kind of guy. Well now I think he truly is. Rose to stardom really fast, and didn't handle it very well at all.
He'll sign somewhere this offseason, serve his suspension for a year or so and then play and play well. He'll have a few good years before the wear and tear of being a back that likes contact will get to him. But I don't want him on the Chiefs.

Yup.
Redskins would be a good fit.
I'm a person who likes to give second chances to people but I think in this case, he's burned his second chance and more.

Re: Mahomie
It's also nuts to think he and his camp have known about these things for a long time and did nothing to get in front of the problem(s). It is telling (and completely undercuts his credibility) that he says he "intends" to get help for whatever issues he may have.
Re: Mahomie
Hopefully this is a minor issue, but it kinda stinks that the Hunt situation has likely precluded Ware from being the Lamar Jackson stand-in on the scout offense this week.NewtonHawk11 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 03, 2018 4:50 pm Chiefs signed old friend Charcandrick West. I’m way less critical of Hunt on the Mosaic allegations. Some lazy reporting.

But, maybe that’s who he is.

I suspect we're not done hearing about things.

I think Geezer is being a bit facetious.

Interesting word, 'facetious'. To my knowledge, in one specific way, it is unique among all words in the English language.
