COVID-19 - On the Ground
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
I attribute it to having some weird allergy issues when I was 10-11. Had so many needles there for a while that I was never really bothered by them again.
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
I guess that makes sense
but why are they heating my vaccine up on a spoon?

Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
that makes sense
when i was i grad school i was getting vaccinations annually due to international travel and living/working in the field. i got very used to the process, and the side effects
not so much the case anymore. i don’t generally even get a flu shot, unless there’s evidence that the drain might be particularly problematic
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
I didn't get the flu shot before I had kids. Those adorable little vectors wreak havoc.
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
Maybe read/listen to what Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche (head of vaccine development) has to say on them. Says we might actually create super strains of covid by weakening our immune system through these experimental vaxs.CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Thu Apr 08, 2021 9:31 am No expert here, but after reading a little about mRNA vaxes, it’s clear to me that we know far, far less about COVID-19 than we do mRNA vaxes.
The arguments against the vax just keep falling shorter.

That's what they always do -- try to discredit someone so people will not consider the content and so people will not think for themselves.

Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
Would you ask LeBron James's advice on how to beat the Tampa 2 in the AFC Championship, or would you maybe defer to Tom Brady?
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
Considering a person's credentials is sort of relevant to considering the content!
That's called discernment, which, to be precise: is what thinking for yourself fucking is.
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
But what does Bob Baffert have to say about it?CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Thu Apr 08, 2021 11:20 amWould you ask LeBron James's advice on how to beat the Tampa 2 in the AFC Championship, or would you maybe defer to Tom Brady?
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
I saw on the Today Show this morning that new cases are down 75% from January. Savannah knows.
It's pretty much ova.

I too have a doctorate degree. Maybe people should start listening to my takes about this virus on Youtube.jfish26 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 08, 2021 11:15 am https://www.mcgill.ca/oss/article/covid ... en-bossche

Also, Lobster presented (real data!) about the spike protein.CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Thu Apr 08, 2021 9:31 am No expert here, but after reading a little about mRNA vaxes, it’s clear to me that we know far, far less about COVID-19 than we do mRNA vaxes.

But, if you get the virus, it's also producing the spike protein...only, instead of a few muscle cells in your arm producing it and then quickly being degraded, it's producing them in every cell infected for the duration of the infection. So, if there are problems with the spike protein, the virus is still the much worse way to be exposed to it, than is the vaccine.

Israel reached herd immunity. No reason we can't do it soon too.
