Guards need to be better athletes, bigs need the length.

Disclaimer of course again, all things being equal length is great.

But we didn't have guys that could get past other guys, and hopefully these short guards can do that.
Agree with all of this. We need to beat people off the dribble. Taller preferred, but everything is going to look better if we can just have a guy with a first step, period.

Cuffe has a lightning quick first step and is an elite athlete, but I have read his game lacks real polish at this point.

Maybe, but if you're gonna play 4 out, the guards sorta take on some of the role of the bigs.

I remember Harris getting pushed around and beaten for rebounds. If you have some dominant bigs, maybe that's not an issue, but if you're playing one big, I think the length of the guards starts to matter.

Repeat after me:

More athletic than you give him credit for! Knows assignments! Weird jumper not a big deal! Floor burns! No ink! Good keed! Dog gonnit!
other than a slow release, i really don’t see your issue with CB’s jumper

edit: particularly when you compare it those of his teammates

Sure, no issue, other than the slow release.

At this point your weird hatred of Braun has become more predictable and cliche than the support for Braun ever was.

Dajuan’s jumper is weird and slow too, but I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt for now that he might mature and get stronger, cuz I’m pretty sure he’s still only like 12 years old.

This time it isn’t hatred. Read again - trying to counter the criticism. I’m practically president of the fan club at this point! Now somebody get me a Diet Coke.

For reference, the dood on his left is the same height and weight as Dajuan.

I'm taller than most of my friends. Even more so when I'm higher on a hill, lol.

My issue with Braun's jumper is the number of times he should have attempted it but didn't.

Sounds like now Texas is asking Bishop to hold up a bit to see what happens with other potential signees and Bishop and his family have soured on UT very quickly.

Also heard that McDermott is pretty close to getting pushed out the door at Creighton.

Just tweeted he's committed to Texas, so telling him to hold off apparently didn't work.

If Jalen comes back as expected, dont see the need.
