Interesting. While researching my vacation destinations, I have never considered the politics or political affiliations or whether I enjoyed their governor or really anything relating to politics or political positions. I didn't know that was a thing.

I guess I better woke up.

It is a pretty good indicator of the residents though.

I vow that the only money I will ever spend in South Dakota will be limited solely to gas, food, significant tourism dollars and vacation expenditures, multiple real estate investments, recurring premium charges for appropriate insurance coverages, charitable contributions, permitting and licensing fees, property taxes, sales and income taxes, and any other revenue-generating activity you can think of.

You live in South Dakota?

Let me know how your vacations to Iran and North Korea go.

Unless, of course, their leaders give you a boner. Then it’s all good. Right?

It wouldn’t be surprising to learn Mich’s vacation destinations have never ventured further than the upper peninsula.

so in CO there's a popular bumper sticker that's basically modeled after the license plates, but displays other messages too. One of the more common, and more douchier, other messages you'll see is, "Native."

just imagine the look on stuck up Coloradans' faces when I casually ask, "what tribe?"

I am choosy about the locations I choose to give my money, be it a location, a business or a person. Money talks in this country.

There are two types of Republicans: those who are Republicans because they hate people (i.e., the hating of people is an attracting feature), and those who put up with hating people in service of being a Republican (i.e., the hating of people is a tolerable bug).

And you show the dangers of even a little pollution into otherwise clean environments.
